Jack cherished every friend he made and loved to make them laugh. Jack's loving family, David, Brenda and his brother Kyle. Jerry and Lynn Gustafson loving grandparents, Jeff, Kristy and Kelsey Hill. Dave, Sholeh, Caivon and Cameron Gustafson . Megan Crossfield who is so special to all of us. Jack would want us to include all his friends, so you too are part of our family. Friends and the Gustafson and Hill Family are invited to a service and celebration of life on Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 2-7pm at Casa Grande, 21350 Almaden Road, San Jose, California. Jack would like you to dress casual as if you were going to his BBQ

Since day one I have found a brother in you, Jack.. I have not been so heart broken and empty inside.. it has taken me 5 years to even have words for this.. every time I walk into the Union gym, I make sure to visit your banner that's hanging.. Its a reminder to me to cherish every day.. we have had so many great times over the years.. playing sports together all throughout elementary, junior high and high school.. we have been great friends since day one.. we have an indestructible bond and it will always be that way.. you are always in my thoughts and prayers.. I will see you soon, but not too soon.. I love you fam, will always miss you
