John Trau Obituary

John Joseph Trau Born December 4, 1934 in Oakland, California. Died June 8, 2004 in Tracy, California. Age 69. Formerly of the Bay Area. Survived by his wife of 34 years, Pola Trau of Tracy. Father of Robert (& Suzie) Soliz, Chiquita Soliz, all of Tracy; Kim (& Bob) Matthews of Auburn; Tracy (& Jerry) McGinnis of Oklahoma; John Trau Jr., Ayn Cobb, both of Auburn and Brandon (& Ena) Trau of Herlong. Grandfather of 12. An Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Retired after 25 years as a welder for Noel J. Brown Manufacturing, out of Campbell. He was a man's man and a good provider. His work ethic was very important to him and he was very loyal. He was a hard worker. He loved his family and will be dearly missed. Visitation Monday, June 14, 2004, 9 - noon. Funeral Service Monday, June 14, 2004 at noon at FRY MEMORIAL CHAPEL, Tracy. Interment Tracy Public Cemetery.
