What a great loss. My deep condolences to Mrs. Schlenker's family. She was my 2nd grade teacher in 1968-69 and I have nothing but grateful memories of her kind and gentle guidance.

She was a marvelous 2nd grade teacher to my son Shane Welsh! She made learning fun! Thoughts are with her family at this time! Just know she touched so many lives.
