With great sadness after a hard fought struggle with lung cancer our dear beloved husband, father, son, grandfather, grandson, passed away in the early morning of May 11. However he did not go alone for a part of us went with him on the day the Lord called him home. Michael is no long suffering and now is at Peace.
Born in Oakland, grew up in Millbrae and lived in San Jose. His loving family includes his wife Patricia, son Brandon and wife Tiffany, daughter Brianah, mother Joan. Close family members, step-son Richard and Tina, grandson Jacob, Michael F, Loretta Fantucchio , Aunt Beverly, Laurie and Randy, Mike McCoy and children, cousins families Johanna, and Sylvia. A large group of relatives in Switzerland, only a few mentioned, Dr. Jakob and Magrit, families of Othmar and Angela, George and Beatrice, Peter and Margaret, Bruno and Vreni, Cecile and the wonderful friends Rolf and Vreni, Claude and Anne of France.
Predeceased was Michael's father Bill, brother Jeffrey, grandparents Martha and Otto, Helen and Willard Sr., Uncle Jacob, and cousin Nancy McCoy.
Michael completed grade school/high school in Millbrae and for a few years had the opportunity for further education and work in Zurich, Switzerland.
The family wishes to express their gratitude for the dedicated care given to Michael by the many Doctors and Medical Staff at Kaiser in San Jose.
Memorial Services will be held sometime in June or July 2015, site of Lutheran facility, place and time to be determined.
