Paul Angelo Antigua passed away with his family at his side of a rare brain disease called CJD or prions disease on Tuesday morning, June 28, 2022, at the age of 60. He was born August 4, 1961 in Stockton, and raised in Highland and Modesto.
As a young man, he worked as a bar tender at the Cask N Cleaver in Modesto. Later in life after putting himself through school for accounting and getting his Master's degree he worked as the Chief Financial Officer at HPSJ and then on to Chief Financial Officer at VHP in Santa Clara where he was employed until his passing.
Paul met the love of his life Debbie 9 years ago, married her, and resided in California first in Modesto, Tracy and then Diablo Grande (Patterson) with a Vacation home in Gold Beach Oregon.
An avid LA Dodger Fan, Paul loved to spend time with family and travel which he and his wife did as much as possible. Visiting several places on his bucket list, including but not limited to Cuba, Antigua, British Isles, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and the Bahamas.
Paul is survived by his wife of 9 years, Debbie Antigua; his children Francesca Antigua, Eric Wendelin (wife Kymberlee) and Bob Koury III (wife Lauren); and his grandchildren Bobby and Savannah Koury. Brother David Antigua; Sister Becky Antigua/Hanson; half-brother Paul Elton Antigua and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jovet Francisco (Frank) and Silvia Ester Antigua and brother Jovet (Junior) Antigua.
Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 South Central Avenue, Tracy is honored to serve the Antigua Family. A Celebration of Life will be held in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Services will be live-streamed at www.frymemorialchapel.com via his tribute page for those unable to attend. An online guest book is also available there for condolences and special messages to the family. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Paul's name to CJD Foundation, 3634 West Market Street, Suite 110, Akron, Ohio 44333.

Sorry to hear about Paul's passing. He's one of the first friends I met when I moved to Modesto. When we were out, he always bumped into friends. Everyone knew him. I'll miss his hearty laugh the most!
