Peggy Treitman Obituary

Peggy Lee Treitman May 17, 1949 - October 3, 2005

Peggy Lee Treitman, 56, died Monday night October 3, 2005, after a short struggle with cancer. Peggy, a devout Christian and messianic Jew, died on the first night of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, holiest of days and time of reaffirmation of faith and forgiveness with God, friends and family. Last week Peggy Lee, with her beloved husband Michael, celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary in the hospital's cancer center. A graduate of Del Mar High School and San Jose State University, Peggy went on to have productive careers in the Federal government, interior design and as a faux finisher and mural painter in Hollister, California. Her warm heart, gentle spirit and love of God were reflected in her ministry through her art. She was the loving mother of Tyler (CSUMB) and Nick (Valley Christian High School). Peggy was the daughter of Marion and Dale Boyle (deceased) of Medford, Oregon and the loving sister of Andrea Boyle and brother-in-law John.

A Memorial Service will be held at Grace Bible Church, Monday, October 10th at 1:00 p.m., seventh and Monterey Streets, Hollister, Calif. In lieu of flowers, direct donations to the Hospice Foundation in Peggy's honor. P.O. Box 1798, Monterey, California 93942.
