Peter Araiza Obituary

ARAIZA, Peter Nash -- Passed away Tuesday in Santa Clara, California at the age of 42. A native of Watsonville Mr. Araiza lived in Hollister. He was a Senior Engineer Technician for 20 years. He is survived by the love of his life, Beatrice Lopez of Hollister. Parents; Manuel and Rose Araiza of Watsonville. He is the father of Nicole Araiza of Dublin, CA., Ashley & Jonathan Araiza both of Hollister. Step father to Tino Lopez and Vincent Lopez both of Hollister, CA. Mr. Araiza is the brother of: Manuel Araiza Jr. of Morgan Hill, Michael of Sunnyvale, Ernest of Watsonville, Larry of Watsonville, Lynne Araiza-Soares of Gilroy and Nick Araiza of Morgan Hill. Many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed Martial arts, Golf, Camping, Weight lifting, Boxing. He played high school sports. Peter enjoyed quality time with his children, never missing any of their sports activities. Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial, Friday Morning, Jan. 9th at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Help Christians (Valley Cath-olic), 2401 East Lake (Hwy 152 East) Watsonville. Vigil/Rosary Service Thursday Evening 7:00 p.m. at the Church. Burial in Valley Public Cemetery. Service by DAVIS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 609 Main Street, Watsonville.
