Steve, beloved husband of Tiffany; father of Savannah, Cooper & Gage, son of Nina Morre and Mickey Neff (Pauline), brother of Lori Moniz (John), Stefanie Campbell (Greg), Dave Neff (Cathy) & Joe Neff (Melissa), uncle to Calvin, Alex, Logan, Samantha, Roam, Sophia, Katelyn and Sean; died suddenly at home at 59.
From San Jose, Steve was a valued member of the Maintenance and Grounds Department at Ceres Unified School District and was their classified employee of the year (2021-22).
Steve's sense of humor and mischievous nature will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, July 16th at 11 am at Vasona Lake County Park (Circle Group Area). Please come, share stories and celebrate this amazing human being.
