John "Woody" Francis Wudinich III, age 73, of Virginia, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Woody's life will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Timber's Edge Restaurant/Bar from 1-4 p.m. This will be a potluck event. Those wishing to contribute may contact Miranda at 218-410-8636. No formal funeral service is planned.
