Marcella Jeye Obituary

Marcella M. Jeye HOLLISTON Marcella M. Jeye, 79, of Holliston, passed away on June 15, 2008. Born in Scranton, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Leo and Helen (Bunevitch) Lyncheski and the wife of Edward Jeye who passed away in 1997. Prior to moving to Briarwood Nursing Home in 2004, she was a Holliston resident since 1968. She was a longtime employee of Amica Mutual Insurance Company and Jordan Marsh. She was a member of the St. Mary's Couple's Club and the Holliston and Framingham senior centers. She was an avid ballroom dancer and enjoyed traveling and going to the theater. She is survived by three sons, Mark and his wife, Donna of Holliston, Gregory and his wife, Kathleen, of Needham, Edward and his wife, Ann, of Holliston; a daughter, Christine Jeye Harnett and her husband, Kevin, of South Easton; a brother, Robert Lyncheski and his wife, Agnes, of Little River, S.C., and a sister, Joan Barrett and her husband, John, of Bethany Beach, Del. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Brittany, Matthew, Amanda and Ava. Visitation will take place on Friday, June 20, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home (www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com), 854 Washington St. (Rte. 16), Holliston. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 21, at 10:30 a.m. in Saint Mary's Church of Holliston. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Donations in her memory may be sent to St. Mary's Church, 8 Church St., Holliston, MA 01746.
