Jay, Eric & Stacey,

Sorry to hear of your loss. Your dad and I were good friends from way back on 4th st when Uncle Bob was alive and my partner on the Police Dept. Your grandfather was also a good friend and the stories I could tell you about your Dad, Grandfather, & your Uncle would make you laugh. We can save the stories for another time. Steve will be remembered always. Rest in peace old friend until we meet again.

Pam, Stacy, Eric, Jason, & family;

Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Steve will be missed by us, and all who knew him. He was truly a great friend, and mentor. Without Hoggie there would be no Pigglet. Hoggie took Neal under his wing, when he first started on the FD. I know how much that meant to Neal, to have Steve show him the ropes.

I uploaded some photos from our wedding, I thought you might enjoy.

Steve really was the best man!

To Pam and the Mayer/Tucker families:

Steve is pain free and at peace after a long fight. I am so proud of him for the battle he waged, and I'm so proud of you for the battle you waged with him and the battle you waged for him when he just couldn't do it anymore. May you find comfort in knowing that thoughts, prayers-and much love-are with you all at this time.

And I know Steve will forever be looking down from above, always loving you and always protecting you (in between watching the Pats and Sox games and scratching his lottery tickets, of course!).

God Bless You, Steve. We'll never forget you!

I have known Steve for a long time.
I was one of the many football players he had coached in the past. I played in the Jr All-American League, back in 1970 and 1971 for Cowboys and was a good friend. I had lost contact with him, not knowing how to keep in touch.

So MY VERY DEEPEST sympathy to you all.

I am shocked and so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. As you know, I have known Steve from way back to Willett School. Then as my children entered into AHS..saw so much of Steve. He would always get everyone going with his white towel ...waving... on a score.
Will be thinking of you during this difficult time.

Pamela, Jason, Eric and Stacey, The news of Stephens passing brings me such great sadness. He was without question one of the nicest people I have ever known. I first met him when he was on 4th St and you kids were just kids. I was a young unwed mother and he went out of his way to be a great neighbor. He would carry my groceries up to 3rd floor for me and shovel for me when is snowed. I know your pain is deep but please find comfort in knowing that God has prepared a very special place for him in heaven and you will see him again. God Bless You.
