Billy Sharp Obituary
LUDLOW FALLS -- Billy G. Sharp, age 90, of Ludlow Falls, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital. Born February 3, 1932 to the late Norma D. (Munn) and Stanley Anderson Sharp in Dayton, Ohio.
Billy worked as an Engineer for DESC for more than 32 years before retiring. He also had his own T.V. repair business out of his home, Sharp's T.V. Billy was a jack of all trades and could fix anything that was given to him. He had a passion for tinkering and fixing anything and everything that was broken or needed repair. Billy was involved in the Boy Scout Program and followed his sons along, starting from the Indian Guide through Boy Scouts, before becoming involved with District Leadership. He and his wife, Jeannette were members of Polk Grove United Church of Christ for more than 20 years and are currently members of Troy First United Methodist Church. Billy helped to start the Hospice of Miami County Veterans Program. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps in Korea. Billy is survived by his wife of 66 ½ years: Jeannette Mae (Long) Sharp, sons: Terry (Candy) Sharp, Tim (Sue) Sharp, Tom (Karen) Sharp, grandchildren: Jennifer (Lachlan), Jeremy (Katie), Rachael (Scott), Daniel (Katie), Ashley (Sebastian) Brian (Kristi), Johnny, great-grandchildren: Brayden, Brandon, Mason, Carson, Eden, Faye, Declan, siblings: Richard (Liz) Sharp, Sharon McCullah, Mary (Willard) Barron, sister-in-law: Pat Crone, along with nieces, nephews, church families, friends and other relatives who will miss him dearly. In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his brothers: Stanley Sharp Jr., Darl (Barb) Sharp, Jerry (Marti) Sharp, sister-in-law: Rosemarie (Bob) Tieman, and brother-in-law: Chuck Crone.
A Visitation will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood, Ohio 45322) with his son, Pastor Terry Sharp and Pastor Chris Heckaman officiating. Burial will follow the service at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Miami County Veterans Program in his memory. We remember going to Dayton International Airport and seeing Uncle Bill and the other veterans returning from their Honor Flight to Washington, DC. His pride in this country and his service is an inspiration to anyone who knew him. It reminded us what a privilege it is to live in the USA! Keeping you in our prayers.

So sorry to hear to hear of the passing of Mr Sharp. Your family has always been so dear to my heart and growing up with Terry, Tim and Tom was like having cousins.
