SIDNEY - Richard H. Fisher, 98, of Sidney, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Fair Haven Nursing Home in Sidney, Ohio. Visitation will be held Monday, March 20, 2023, from 9:00am-10:00am at Salm-McGill & Tangeman Funeral Home. A mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, March 20, 2023, at 10:30am at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney, Ohio. Arrangements are entrusted to Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home, 502 S. Ohio Ave., Sidney, Ohio 45365.
