Cheryl, Judy & family, I would like to send my love to all of you. Cheryl I am sorry that I couldn't go to her services, but I know you understand. I will always remember the times we were at your house during High School. All the parties. Your parents were wonderful to your Tiger friends. Connie was always great to us when were there just to visit. Always had something for us for a snack or dinner. I glad I was able to see her at the rehab center. When you & Judy would bring her for a visit. Angels I think do live on earth.
Love, Patty Neville Murphy

Very sorry to here of Connie's passing. It's been thirty years since I was privileged to eat some of her wonderful scacciata. I've tried other versions since and none have ever come close...I hold in my hand a food stained cocktail napkin from the old Dock & Dine restaurant in Old Saybrook-circa 1985. Written on it, in the chef's handwriting, is the recipe for Connie's Chicken Cacciatore-and I just happen to have all the ingredients here...off to the kitchen...God Bless...
