James Colby Obituary

James Lawrence Colby, Sr., 52, of Middletown, passed away on Friday, Dec. 9 surrounded by his family at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Born in New Britain, he was the son of the late Harold and Lois (Willey) Colby and had lived most of his life in Middletown.
James is survived by two sons, James L. Colby, Jr. and Troy E. Colby, both of Middletown; three brothers, Gary Colby, of Portland, Kevin Colby, of Middletown and Tom Colby, of Wallingford; a sister, Carol Colby, of Middletown; and three grandchildren, Skyler, Tegan and Madison.
There will be no services and burial will be at the convenience of the family in Maine.
