Henry Alger "Al" Richards

MISSOULA ~ Al Richards passed away in Missoula, MT at the age of 63 of natural causes.

He was born on March 31, 1958 to Edwin V. and Diane (Curtis) Richards in Butte, MT.

Upon graduation from Anaconda Sr. High School, Al got his associates degree in electrical engineering from the vocational technical center at Montana Tech in Butte.

Al was very mechanically and artistically talented. He was always there for family and friends with anything that they needed.

After his schooling, Al met and married Dorothy Cox and they had two children, Henry A. Richards, Jr. and Amy Richards Musick.

Al was preceded in death by his father, Edwin V. Richards and his sister, Laura Richards.

Survivors include his mother, Diane Richards; children Amy Musick and Henry A. (Lisa) Richards, Jr.; grandchildren, Kristopher and Aspen Musick, Eloura, Arabelle and Benjamin Richards; brother Edwin V. (Marie) Richards, Jr. and his nephew Michael Griffes.

The family is going to have a private service as was his request.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Missoula Food Bank in his name.
