Anne Stewart Obituary
September 1937 - October 27, 2014
Anne Elizabeth Stewart, age 77, peacefully passed away after succumbing to lengthy, chronic illness. She was born September 22, 1937 in Sacramento, CA to Solomon and Dorothy Mogel. Anne went to Rio Vista High and graduated in 1955, then went on to Sac State majoring in business; graduated 1957. In 1958 Anne married Glen Sreeter and together they raised their first son, David; daughter, Laura and 5 years later a second son, Graham. Anne worked as a stenographer for the State of California for many years. She was a talented painter and cook. In December 1969 she was remarried to Darrell L Stewart and were joined by his two daughters, Terri and Sherene. Anne was predeceased by Darrell's passing in 2008. Anne is survived by her younger brother, John and sister, Sara; her five children ,previously mentioned, and 9 grandchildren.
A unique and loving soul, her personal journey has shed many valuable lessons to those around her. In her finest hours she affirmed with great clarity her deepest love and unquestionable pride and acceptance of all of her children. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be private.

So many memories of you Anne. Your goal in life was to be a mother, and you did that well. You always supported your children and loved them passionately. I wish we had had more time to be together as adults, but I will always remember the vibrant and extremely popular young girl I grew up with. I love you sister.
