Bobby Swain Obituary

July 21, 1954-Sept 15, 2014
Bobby Swain, age 60 passed away suddenly on September 15 after a long illness. He was born to parents Bobby Swain Sr. and Connie J (Horton) Swain in Modesto, CA and graduated from Thomas Downey High School in 1972. Upon graduation he began his journey in life, living many of his years in Arkansas and Missouri. He also worked many years here in Modesto for his parents at Modesto Coin Center.
His hobbies were reading, especially history, and being the family genealogist. He loved swimming, walking and watching soccer. He was an extreme couponer and he loved a good deal! No matter how far away he was he was always in touch with mom, dad and all of his family.
He is survived by his mother Connie Swain, sisters Linda Swain and Laura Dillaboy and brother Ted Swain (Jac) of Klammath Falls, OR, and also many nieces and nephews.
Franklin & Downs is honored to be serving the Swain Family. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 25th at Franklin & Downs Funeral Home McHenry Chapel, 1050 McHenry Avenue in Modesto at 10:00 A.M., with burial to follow at Acacia Memorial Park in Modesto.
