I was a good friend of Darrell's father, Steve, for many years. I moved from the area after he and Lora were married, but visited when I was in Riverbank. I first met Darrell when he was a little guy. The last time I saw him was several years ago with his Dad while visiting in Riverbank. My heart goes out to all of you for so many losses in such a short time! Blessings to you!

WOW is all I can say. A GREAT friend was taken from us way too soon. You were like a brother to me in elementary & middle school up to High School. We did everything together including playing with Garrett!! Rode bikes, you stayed the night, we were mean to your sister and than we all became one. I am so sorry you were taken from us way too soon. You were in my life for a minute but in my heart forever. If I found out sooner, I would have been there to say goodbye. Always thinking of you.

At times like this there are no words that can express our deep sympathy. We've watched Darrell grow up from the time he was a baby till he became a young man. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him!!! May God be with each and everyone of his family at this time and always. With all our Love,
