Modesto, California - Gregory Wray was born on December 9, 1953, in North Manchester, IN. On May 14, 2022 his heart failed suddenly at the age of 68 & he was reunited in heaven with his wife, Joanne Wray. They founded Motor Motion Automotive and will be missed by customers, vendors, employees, family, and friends.
He leaves behind his wife, Martine Wray, his children, Jolene (Pat) Corkwell, Dana (Jonathan) Gish, Caleb (Lexy) Wray, & 10 grandchildren: Judah Corkwell, Carter, Ellie, Aaron, Isabelle, & Samuel Gish, Dawson, Tanner, Emsley, & Jory Wray.
Celebration of Life Service 2-3 pm Sat, June 11, 2022 Dessert 3-4 pm All are welcome. Casual attire.

On 7.7.23 I learned that Greg Wray was promoted to Heaven.
I was his client, friend and personal lines insurance agent in Northern California. I fondly remember meeting with him and his wife several times at Motor Motion in Modesto. On one visit he was playing one of the Pastor Louie Giglio science videos in his waiting room. Those videos were mind blowing and very reassuring for both believers and searchers alike. One video was about the planets, another was about the Universe and a third was about Laminin, the protein molecule shaped like a cross, that holds every cell in our bodies together. Just imagine that God spoke the universe into being and then stitched us together with tiny little crosses. Wow. I´m still blown away. Well, Greg will be missed by many down here, but I know were he is and look forward to that great reunion in Heaven one day. May God bless your family while you are away my friend. I can´t wait to see you again!
