Haskell Walker Obituary
HASKELL SAMUEL WALKER SEPT 1, 1918 - MARCH 1, 2005 Haskell Samuel Walker of Modesto, 86, died on Tuesday at Memorial Medical Center. He was born and raised in Gainesville, GA.
He is survived by one sister, Etheleen Hardegree, his daughter Sandra Hegwood of Modesto; and two grandchildren, Heather and Kessia.
He resided in Modesto for 23 years. Haskell was married for 54 years to Mary, who passed away in 1998. He was a retired Army veteran. He owned an auto repair shop prior to moving to this area. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and dancing. He was a wonderful father and grand- father who always devoted his time and love to family.
Neptune Society is in charge of arrangements. Remembrances may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 1911 Toyon Ave., Modesto, CA 95350, or Alzheimer's Aid Society, 2501 McHenry Ave, Modesto, CA 95351.
