Ceres, California - Jaime E. Lomeli entered into rest February 8th 2022, at the age of 58. Beloved husband of Marla A. Lomeli (Hancock); devoted father of Justin (Jennifer) Lomeli, Jaime Andres (Cierra) Lomeli, and Malynda Lomeli. Loving grandfather to Amelia and Maya Lomeli. Proceeded in death by father Alfonso F. Lomeli. Caring son to Maria R. Lomeli. Kind brother to Martin Lomeli, Salvador Lomeli, Rosa Lomeli, Alfonso Jr. Lomeli and Guadalupe Lomeli-Garcia. Compassionate uncle and friend to many. Jaime was an avid sports fan, player, and coach to many. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 22nd from 4-7pm, with a Rosary beginning at 7pm, at Lakewood Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday February 23rd at 10AM at St. Jude's church in Ceres. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stanford Cancer Center, 875 Blake Wilbur Dr Palo Alto, CA 94304 in Jaime's name.

This hurts. This hurts bad. Feels like I lost a brother. Staying away for years revealed my shameful selfishness (no excuse). I beg your and your families forgiveness. I´ve loved you and your family since childhood and now I pray that your family, especially mom, gathers her strength to thank God for the years you were here as hard as that may be. I pray that it may be worthy of joining Jesus so I may see you mi primo, otra vez.
