JAMES ALBINI MAY 24, 1947 - SEPT. 6, 2006 James Albini, 59, passed on at UC Davis Medical Center September 6, 2006, due to an accident at his home. A native of California, he was born in Santa Rosa had lived there for his first 18 years.
He was an Arts & Ceramics teacher at Sonora High School for 34 years. He was a scout master with The Boy Scouts of America for 15 years, an avid stamp collector, a mentor in a high school leadership program and a master potter.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Albini of Sonora, CA; his sons, Paul (and Julie) Albini, Mario (and Sara) Albini and Nick (and Janelle) Albini; all of Dripping Springs, TX; and Tom (and Jacquie) Albini of Visalia, CA. He is also survived by his parents, Jim and Carmen Albini of Santa Rosa, CA.
Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 30 at Sierra Bible Church in Sonora.
