Larry was a devoted husband, father, and family man. He was known as a really great dad who always put his family first. Family-oriented and deeply committed to providing for those he loved, Larry was also a hard worker whose dedication and steady presence were admired by all who knew him. His kindness, reliability, and quiet strength left a lasting impression on his family and friends.
Larry is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Winnie Low, and his daughters, Stephanie Low and Jennifer Low, who were the pride and joy of his life.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Acacia Memorial Park in Modesto.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Larry's memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
