Modesto, California - Louise was born March 12,1960, in Oakdale, California, to Alan Spaman and Elaine Spaman. She Graduated from Davis High School in Modesto, Class of 1978, and then attended the Academy of Arts in San Francisco where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Louise, after graduation, started her career as an architectural designer with Don Phillips at Pacific Design Ass. in Modesto. Her artistic and design talents reached far and wide working with other architectural associates. She started designing new homes in 1988. Her designs were fresh and new, featuring innovative floor plans that were efficient and livable. Many were copyrighted. She was married in August 1991 in Hawaii to her high school sweetheart. John and Louise built a successful land development and building business together. Building and developing over 3000 units. Her design talents while listening to customer feedback was always the magic of the couple's success. Louise loved her family, creating the perfect home to be Mom. She touched everyone she met. Always caring and helping others. Loved the ocean, boating, fishing, music, cooking, animals and friends. Beautiful Louise will be forever missed. She leaves behind husband, John Cartozian Williams; daughter, Jennifer Louise Cartozian; son, Adam John Cartozian; brother, Mike Spaman; niece, MaKayla Cromwell; nephew, Miles Spaman; aunt, Marilyn Spaman.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 19th, at Franklin & Downs Funeral Home at 1050 McHenry Ave, Modesto, CA 95350. A viewing will take place at 10 a.m., with a ceremony at 12 p.m.
