Ray Patterson Obituary
September 14, 1941 - March 18, 2024
Turlock, California - He was born in Lewis Town, Pennsylvania on September 14, 1941 to parents Ray and Lola Patterson.
He quietly passed away on March 18, 2024 at Emanuel Hospital at the age of 82. He was surrounded by his loving family.
He spent most of his life driving a semi across the United States but the last 5 years before retirement he drove locally. He was a Square Dance caller and an Auctioneer. Owning his own auction company for 12 years. He retired from driving in 2013. He loved square dancing and round dancing. Ray and Sharon started dancing 30 years ago. He belonged to many Square Dance Clubs, including Turlock Steppin' Pards. He helped his wife establish a round dance club, the Round Abouts.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sharon Patterson; his children, Ray Patterson Ill, Jason Patterson and Nicole Patterson; his grandchildren, Jade Patterson, Joslyn Patterson and Zayn Patterson; and his great-grandchildren Arya Patterson and Kash Jenner.
He is very much missed and loved.
