Modesto, California - Ruth Aguirre Montez, 79, passed away on January 18, 2022.
Ruth was born in Tulare, California, and later moved to the Central Valley in her teen years. She worked at Doctors Hospital for over 40 years as a nurse. Ruth enjoyed home decorating, listening to music, and attending Church.
Ruth was well known for her love, kindness, and love towards others. Ruth leaves behind her loving husband, David Montez, of 57 years. Ruth loved her three children, Denise, David and Raymond, and several other children she helped foster, including her grandchildren.
With great sadness, we would like you to join us for her services at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock. The viewing will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Monday, January 31, 2022. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Following the service, Ruth will be laid to rest at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Ave., Hughson.
