I used to work with Scott and he was someone I immediately became close friends with. Although we didn't work together for very long, we stayed in touch, even after he left San Diego. Teresa, if you are reading this, I am so sorry for your loss. Scott is one of the greatest men I have ever known. I will take comfort in knowing where he is now and please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and the children.

Scott and I went to elementary school together at Sunnyvale Christian. We were almost in every class together starting in Kindergarten and ending up in High School at Homestead. We used to joke around together in class and Scott used to pull my pony tails. He knew how to make you laugh and put a smile on your face. My condolences to his entire family.

Beebs was one of those people that whenever I thought of him or talked to him it was always with a smile, one of those automatic ones that just pops onto your face.
I worked with Beebs for many years at the San Diego Convention Center. It would get really overwhelming some times, many long hours and very tiring, and just when you thought we will never get this done, Here came Nitetrain. With fresh energy even though you know he just left his day job. He was the smartest and most likeable person I have ever met.
My heart aches for the family, I am so sorry for your loss. I know he is doing just fine, It is hardest on those left behind.

Scott was a true gift to me, his co-workers, and all customers he served. We worked together for many years at the San Diego Convention Center where Scott was a part-time technician, mainly working nights and weekends taking care of our customers. He was always smiling, always brought peace and serenity to a very hectic workplace, and was truly a blessing to all of us he touched. I will never forget his love for his children and how hard he worked for his family. They were his world and his heart. Scott was loved by all who knew him. Even though I hadn't seen Scott for about 5 years, we spoke on the telephone the day before he went HOME. Beebs hadn't changed a bit and was so proud of his children as he brought me up to date. Scott's heart was so big, so full of love, and I never heard him say an unkind word about anyone. I am so grateful that we had our last conversation -- at least our earthbound one -- before he passed. To everthing there is a season and a purpose under heaven. Scott -- you reached out to me on your last day here, and I know God led you to that purpose. I treasure you and our friendship. We will meet again my friend!

dearest Jeannie - I just heard today (May 9) of the loss of your precious Scott. I am so deeply saddened by this news. Tuesday was the 9th anniversary of our son Darron's move to Heaven. There are no words that can comfort the depth of your sorrow at this sudden loss. My heart is crying out to our Lord, on your, and all of Scott's family's behalf. My prayer is that God will wrap you all in His great arms of love, that He will comfort you with the peace that ONLY HE can give, and that He will carry you, holding you SO close to His heart, when you feel your strength has gone. I know you, and all of your family have that deep abiding faith in our Lord Jesus, that will sustain you now. You will ALL continually be in my prayers, as you travel thru this valley of the shadow of death. I am hugging you with my heart Jeannie. Love - Connie

Scott,
I hadn't seen you since we were kids but heard about your tragic accident yesterday from an old friend. I'll always remember our fun times in the old neighborhood in Sunnyvale playing tag, spin the bottle and hide and seek with you, Lena, Rania, Lynn, and occasionally Lawrence and Casey! There are many good times we shared & to be remembered. Rest in Peace Beebe, I'll see you in heaven when it's my time to rest.

Never met the man but after listening to Damon Bruce on KNBR sing his praises yesterday, I wish I had.
I am sorry for your loss and pray that Jesus Christ, our Lord, bring you His peace.

I want to remember our friend as one who not only made us laugh, but made us think and feel. The laughs were many, and so were the moments of true friendship. He shared his life, thoughts, and emotions like few of us do... and I will always cherish those times. Of course we all get busy and forget that we should cherish that togetherness, friendship, and bond. May we all learn something from this sudden, tragic loss. This pic is from atop Alpine Meadows, where many of us found friendship, unity, and a window into ourselves. Scott, thank you for sharing yourself with me and helping me find myself on top of the mountain. I will never forget you.

While I never knew you personally, Scott, I knew your father, grandfather and grandmother and I always considered them some of the best people I ever had the pleasure of having in my life, so you must have been cut from the same cloth. My regrets to the surviving family for the loss they have suffered. Rest in peace.

I fell in love with Scott when he was a baby. I babysat him, changed his diapers and so on. He was like a brother to me for the stretch of time that he was in my life.
Eventually he was the Ring Bearer at my wedding in 1972.
Over the years when people looked at the wedding pictures they thought it was MY son in the wedding, that is how much my son looked like Scott.
I never knew Scott as an adult, but over the years he remained in my heart as a person loved.
I lost my youngest son who died at the age of 21, seven years ago. I know the incredible loss of family and friends. I feel the pain. The loss is so difficult to understand on this human plane. No one knew that Scott's time here on earth would be so brief. But then, we only understand earthly time. Eternity is in God's hands.
I send my deepest love and prayers to Scott's family and friends.
