I knew Barbara for many years here in Brooklyn, New York. I will remember her with great fondness. We had many conversations on religion and the place of women in the Catholic Church. She was very devoted to her brother Matthew. She loved and cared deeply about him. I saw them together many times here in Brooklyn, before he passed.
Rest in peace, dear one. The world is a better place, because you lived.
