Stephanie R. Rowand lost her battle with cancer at the age of 66 at home surrounded by her loving family and relatives.
Stephanie was born in Carmel Hospital on June 30, 1956. She attended elementary and high school in Pacific Grove California, where she was raised and lived most of her young life. She later attended Monterey Peninsula College to broaden her skills and knowledge in business administration. Stephanie worked for the local carpenter Union in her 30's. She also worked for her step-father, again completing office duties, at the Robinson-Crivello accounting firm. She performed gardening for Bayonet golf course overlooking Seaside, along with being a proud homemaker, elderly caregiver and child caregiver after starting her day-care business at her home in Seaside. She was a devoted mother of two and wife to her husband who she worked with in her last few years of life at Restaurant Information Systems Inc. in Monterey. Throughout her life, she enjoyed growing beautiful flowers, dancing everywhere she went, being in the company of those she loved, and sharing her artistic and outgoing personality with the world.
Stephanie is survived by her husband Lee, daughter Sophia, son Vincent, brothers Christopher, Anthony, and Angel, sister Rachel and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
