Keith Howard Rowand

Keith Howard Rowand, 78, of Levelland passed from this life on September 24,2024. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 27,2024 at Krestridge Funeral Home. 

Keith was born on August 31,1946 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania to Howard and Julia Rowand. He grew up and attended school in Star Lake, New York. Keith enlisted in the United States Air Force in February 1969. While on active duty he met the love of his life, Mary Ann Seidler in January of 1970. In April of the same year, they got engaged and married on August 28,1970. On May 30,1972 Keith and Mary had their twin boys, Christopher and Michael. The family traveled the world while Keith served his country before eventually retiring in 1985 as a Master Sergeant. Keith was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed astronomy, painting and coaching his kids in sports.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife of 54 years, Mary Ann Rowand; children, Christopher Charles Rowand and Michael Edward Rowand and wife, Esmeralda; sisters, Penny Jorgensen and Julia (Gail) Steiner; brothers, Mark (Rose) Rowand and David Rowand; grandchildren, Brandon Rowand, Luke Rowand, Alexis Rowand and Haleigh Rowand; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
