BUSH,Joseph went to be with the Lord,Wed. Sept. 7,2006. He is survived by wife of 63 years Ruth Bush.One Daughter Joette Castleberry(Mickey).Two sons Randy Bush (Debbie), Joel Bush(Charlotte).Six Grandchil-dren Brian Castleberry(Am-y),Bart Castleberry(Heathe-r),Jayne (Jimmy) Nichols,Ama-nda Bush,Joshlyn Bush,Franklin Bush.Two Great Grandchildren Hunter Nichols,Kaitlyn Castleberry. He was an active member and Deacon at Moun-tain View Baptist Church.Mr. Bush was a member of Mason-ic Lodge # 11 ,and was retired from Civil Service at Maxwell Air Force Base.He was a U.S. Veter-an ,having served in Europe during WWII.In lieu of flowers ,the family requests Memorials be made to Helping Hearts Hospice,225 Hill St.,Wetu-mpka,Al. 36092.The family would also like to express it's deep appreciation to Dr. M.V. Mendez, Leane Dean, and the caring staff of Helping Hearts Hospice for their love and sup-port. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8:00 Friday evening at Gas-sett Funeral Home.The funeral will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Gassett Funeral Home with Dr. Fed Bueto and Rev. Antho-ny Counts officiating interment to follow in Greenwood Ceme-tery,Montgomery,Al. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mens Sun-day School Class at Mountain View Baptist Church.Active pall-bearers are Brian Castleberry-,Bart Castleberry,Franklin Bush-,Marion Sanford,Chris Chandler and Billy Joe McWhorter.
