Gamble, Mrs. Mary Bess, of Montgomery, Al, went to be with the Lord Friday, July 27, 2013 in Los Angeles, CA. CELEBRATION of LIFE SERVICES will be on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 1:00pm, at Calvary Baptist Church, Legrand, AL, with Rev. Calvin Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Jackson Family Cemetery with Phillips-Riley Funeral Home directing. Left to cherish her memories are: a devoted son Caleb Robert (Malaikah) Manasseh, five beautiful grandchildren, Afi Bell, Jameel Bell, Princess Manasseh, of Los Angeles, CA; Folade Bell, of Manhattan, NY, Robyn Yolanda Bell, of Atlanta, GA; two loving step daughters Lillie Pearl Teague of Youngstown, OH and Gladys Thomas of Chicago, IL; one caring niece, Betty W. (James) Reese, of Montgomery, AL; two sisters-in-law Betty Sneed, and Annette Gamble; two brothers-in-law Edward Gamble, and Oscar (Lavelle) Gamble, of Montgomery, AL, and one devoted cousin Janie (John) Boswell, of Montgomery, AL and a host of other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral services. The processional will depart from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home at 12 o'clock p.m.
