Barbara Moses Obituary

Barbara Moses, 68, of Raintree Drive, Morganton, died Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at Frye Regional Hospital in Hickory.
She was born Jan. 4, 1942, in Burke County, and was a daughter of the late James Woodrow Orders and Florence Pearson Orders.
Barbara is survived by sons, Ricky Moses and his wife, Lisa and Bobby Joe Moses and his wife, Angie, all of Morganton; sisters, Judy McCall and her husband, David and Bernice Golds, all of Morganton; grandchildren, Ricky Moses Jr., Dustin, Riley and Lynn Moses, Shannon Wells and Joshua Woodward; and great-grandchildren, Gage Moses, Dylan, Braedyn and Kalexis Laws.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Eddie Moses; and a daughter, Teresa Moses.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Colonial Chapel of Sossoman Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour before the service. At other times, the family will be at the residence of Ricky Moses, 117 Raintree Drive in Morganton.
