Dear Stella,
For some strange reason, I decided to look Dr. Cech up and discovered this obituary today. I am so sorry to hear of his passing and that I didn´t know for so long. He was a wonderful doctor and I always loved coming to your office. I know he is missed by many and those of us who were under his care very much appreciated the doctor and the human being that he was!

Best regards and deepest sympathy, Linda Yanega.

Dear Bonnie, my deepest condolences to you and your family. I just learned of Dennis´ passing today. I always remember all the fun parties y´all had at the Camp St. apt. and all the jazz fest outings. Working with Dennis at Charity Hospital was always fun and of course, all those Fridays at Joe´s. Please know I am heartbroken for your loss.

Wow...Mrs. Cech we are so sorry for your loss. We did not know of Dr. Cech's passing. He was a wonderful person and a great doctor. Our boys loved going to the office...not many kids like going to the doctor. (Am sure he would have something to say about the grammar in that sentence!) He always made them feel special. Loved his wit. He always told it like it was. Not afraid at all of what people thought.
God Bless!

Dear Bonnie I cant believe 2 years have gone by since Dennis passed and what a challenging time this must have been for you. Interesting you were in my dream just a few weeks ago. Enjoyed looking at the picture of you at LSU. We were so young! Wishing you all the best as you are moving forward with your life.

Dearest Bonnie,

We are so saddened by the loss of Dennis. Our hearts and prayers go out to you. A wonderful light has gone out in our firmament, but it's blazing away above! I'm sure Dennis is making his point of view clear to the Powers up there. We would be there if at all possible, and it's painful not to be, but we certainly will be with you in spirit. You and Dennis are a woven into Ken's life so tightly that it's difficult to come to grips with his passing. From your friendship (and feeding him!) in med school to your recent visit with us, you've been truly constant and valued friends. His sunset and wonderful garden photos brightened every visit to Facebook! Please accept our sincerest sympathy and condolences in this most difficult of times.

They say that to have a good life you must "Live," "Laugh," "Love" and "Leave a Legacy" and Dennis was not only able to do that but he did it all to the fullest. His legacy is all the people who's lives he touched and helped either through his family, his friendships or his patients. You will be missed!

Condolences to Bonnie and all of Dennis' family - I have so many warm memories of good times shared with both of them, with Dennis often as the instigator. Without him, when would I ever have gone to the Jazz fest, eaten etouffe, or gone to a pig roast? Not to mention countless times just hanging out, listening to music, shooting the breeze. Dennis was committed, loyal and generous to family and friends. I hope that everyone's memories of him may sustain them through the immediate pain, and provide comfort going forward. Love and sympathy to each of you.
