Gary Kimbrough Obituary
MANSFIELD - Gary Dennis "Gary Dog" Kimbrough, 56, of Mansfield, Ohio, formerly of Lorain, passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, November 5, 2012 following a long illness.
He was born in Lorain on January 20, 1956. He attended Clearview High School in Lorain.
Mr. Kimbrough enjoyed boxing and was an avid sports fan and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughters: Tamika and Octabia; sons: Gary Kimbrough, Jr. and Paris Kimbrough; and a host of grandchildren; sisters: Neicey (Reginald) Rogers of Mobile Alabama, Betty Ann Kimbrough, Nancy Valentine, and Jean Harris of Lorain, Ohio; brothers: George "Ricky" Kimbrough of Akron, Herbert (Debbie) Kimbrough of Oberlin, and Gregory (Margaret) Kimbrough of Lorain, Ohio; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents General W. and Delcenia Kimbrough; and brothers Gerald Kimbrough and General Kimbrough Jr.
Friends may call Monday, November 12, 2012, viewing at 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 12 noon at Shiloh MBC, 3900 Clifton Avenue, Lorain. Rev. Peter Tower, pastor will officiate. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery Lorain.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Carter Funeral Home, Inc. Lorain (440) 244-5200.
