I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Adeline's passing. I will always remember how she always made an effort to make sure that everyone felt welcome and how proud she was of Ken, Carole, Kevin and Michael. I have not seen her recently but the last time I did she talked about how eager and excited she was about becoming a great grandmother. I am sure she adored the latest additions to her family and delighted in doting on them.

My thoughts and prayers go out to allow of you. I am sorry I cannot attend the funeral. Since I just learned of your loss, I am unable to make work and travel arrangements in time to be there with you. Tomorrow I will be thinking of her and all of you as you celebrate her life.

So sorry for your loss. A beautiful lady.

Heaven received a one of a kind angel. My amazing 97 year old sweet Aunt Adeline passed. She was raised in a two bedroom home with her parents and 8 siblings. I have so many wonderful memories of that home, in the middle of no where, no running water, a 2 seater outhouse, a home that was always filled with love, laughter and great times. Every Sunday my great grandmother would fix a huge dinner and their grown children and their children would come for dinner. That was ALOT of people! So very sad that that sense of family is not what it used to be. Very sad. My aunt was a wonderful story teller, had very quick wit, an excellent seamstress, had a heart of gold and so much more. Her nephew owned a mink farm, she made me mink coats for my Barbie dolls.. As I said, she was one of a kind in so many ways. I am so glad I was able to see her last week. She is now with the love of her life, her wonderful parents and siblings. I am one very sad great niece but so lucky to have had my sweet Aunt Adeline. Until we meet again, Gayle E. Gulick
