Alejandro Ramirez Obituary

Alejandro Ramirez went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, February 27, 2006, after passing away of a sudden illness.

He was born on August 11, 1942 in Guadalupe D.B. Chihuahua, Mexico to Alejandro and Marina Ramirez. At an early age, Aljandro moved to Midland with his family. Alejandro later met and married Lupe Munoz on June 26, 1965. He was currently a pastor at Iglesia Apostolica Emanuel in MIdland. Alejandro loved to praise the Lord and teach his Word.

He also loved being with his grandchildren, wife and family. He enjoyed working as a carpenter; he will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

Alejandro is preceded in death by his parents, Alejandro and Marina Ramirez; and his sister, Irma Ramirez.

Survivors include his wife, Lupe M. Ramirez; two daughters, Debbie Bravo of El Paso, TX and Patricia Perez of El Paso, TX; eight brothers, Martin Salazar of Midland, TX, Javier Salazar of Midland, TX, Carlos Ramirez of El Paso, TX, Hector Ramirez of Midland, TX, Jose Ramirez of Midland, TX, Luis Armando Ramirez of El Paso, TX, Jesus Manuel Ramirez of Midland, TX and Lorenzo Salazar of Midland, TX; two sisters, Leticia Sotelo of Tornillo, TX and Yolanda Gaytan of Tatum N.M; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins; and a host of friends and family in Christ.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at the Iglesia De Cristo, 1501 E. Cherry Lane.

Pallbearers will be Mark Bravo, Adrian Bravo, Moi Bravo, Andy Bravo, Jaime, Perez and Boyo Bravo. Honorary pallbearers will be Evony Perez, Erin Perez and Adriana Bravo.
