I will always remember the time Lloyd drove my father and I from El Paso to Midland and told stories of oil and WW2 for the many hours we rode.

Our sympathies to Ann and your wonderful family. We heard from Jim at the family reunion that Lloyd was very ill. We always loved hearing news from our Texas cousins and were thrilled when some of you were able to make it to the reunion. Lloyd was indeed a very special, loving, kind person. Greetings to you all. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the family. I will always remember the good times at the country club and the get togethers at our house or the Uglands. It was a great time in my life.

To all of the Ugland Family:

My sincere thoughts and prayers are extended to you all at this time! When Pop (Gene) told me that Lloyd was so ill, I was immediately reminded of all the great times we shared as a family in your home and ours! What wonderful memories we all share as children and yound adults. Lloyd was such a gentle giant of a man, and I will always remember his smile and how much he enjoyed life and having family and friends around him. This is his legacy to us all!

And to add the blessing of a new baby born during this time is priceless. I remember that Cole, Bonnie's soon to be 13-year-old, was just three weeks old when our grandmother passed away. It truly is the cycle of life and brings joy during a time of loss!

My best to all of you during this sad time, but I know that you will draw upon the life he lived and the laughter he shared will all of us as you remember Lloyd.

Love to all,
