Severo Pando Obituary

Severo Pando went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Midland Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 1, 1938 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua Mexico to the late Esteban Pando Licon and Margarita Rubio. Severo worked in Agriculture in Mexico. He met and later married Delma Levario Hernandez on November 10, 1973 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua Mexico. Severo and his family moved to Midland in 1993. Severo was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a hard worker and enjoyed his friendships. Severo was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Jose Pando, Roberto Pando and Jesus Pando. Severo is survived by his wife Delma Pando; sons, Manuel Antonio Pando, Homer Pando and Omar Pando; daughters, Maricela Pando and Rosalinda Chavez all of Midland; a brother, Estevan Pando Jr. of Presidio, Texas; sisters, Guadalupe (Lupe) Carrasco of Ojinaga, Chihuahua Mexico, Eva Pando of Midland and Maria Luisa Galindo of Presidio, Texas; numerous grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins. Funeral service is set for this morning at 10:00 AM at Heavenly Gate Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens. Funeral service is under the direction of Heavenly Gate Funeral Home and Chapel. Family messages and condolences may be emailed to: [email protected].
