Steve was one of my very best friends
and I'm very sad to know that he is no longer with us.
I have So many pleasant memories of Steve...
playing pool, tennis, good food, STRONG coffee,
debating (anything ; )
Way too many things to list them all.
I feel very fortunate to have been his friend.
I will never forget him.

I don't know what else to say...
All I know is Steve was part of our family too. I know it's going to be hard to be strong and not cry and not be angry because he left us. But he did come to me to let me know that he is done and he is fine and he has to go...it almost seemed to be as though he was ready for it...
I will always remember the God-father of Hailey, he was a very good person and we will never forget our dear friend...we have accepted that he has gone to a better place...
We truly love you Steve you have touched our hearts forever and we will share memories of Steve with Hailey and tell her how great of a person he is and how much he loves dessert and how much he loved to debate about anything
with Quang and most of time he was right...We will always remember our good friend

One New Years eve, it was snowing to beat the band. Huge, fluffy flakes. It was like 8" to 10"s! Steve and I were in his little truck. Drove to G st park. Walked out into the park, laid down & made snow angels. One of many wonderful memories I have with Steve. Will miss you more than I can ever say. God speed my friend. God Bless the Alstrin's. My condolences go out to Debbie, Beverly and the entire Alstrin family. Although it has been many years since I have seen Steve, I would think of him from time to time with fond memories, those memories would always put a smile on my face. I was always looking forward to when our paths would cross again. I wish I could attend the funeral, it would be nice seeing everyone. Say hey to Tony for me Steve.
