Kevin Charles "Krunkle" Finkbonner

Kevin Charles Finkbonner, also known to many as "Krunkle," was born on March 6th, 1987, and passed away on August 11, 2025. He graduated from Ferndale High School, Class of 2006. Kevin will be remembered for his big heart, his sense of humor, and his love for the outdoors. Kevin enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and hunting, and he was happiest when he was outside. He loved working on his truck, going mudding, and exploring the mountains with his dog, Diesel. Kevin also loved spending time with his nephew, Bradley Jr., joking around, wrestling, and having fun times together. Family dinners were also special to him. He worked hard in many trades, including commercial fishing, diesel mechanic, concrete work, welding, and fabricating. No matter the job, he always gave it his all. Kevin's family will always remember his kind and generous heart. He was someone who would do anything for anyone without hesitation. He made life better for the people around him just by being himself. He is survived by his father, Ronnie Finkbonner; his mother, Alena Finkbonner; his brother, Brad Finkbonner; his sister-in-law, Heidi Finkbonner; his nephews, Bradley Finkbonner Jr. and Braiden Luna, and his loyal dog, Diesel. Kevin's memory will live on in the stories shared by those who loved him, and in the wild places he loved to explore. Rest easy, Krunkle. You'll always be missed. Kevin's Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd, at 12:00 PM at the Wex'liem Community Building.
