I grew up in Colts Neck. When I was 22 years old I told my Dad I wanted to join the State Police, he told me I need to talk to Arnold Kleeberg first. I remember sitting on the front porch on a warm evening, he changed my life for the better! I will always be greatful. 94th class #3317

We had the privilege of having Arnold as our neighbor and friend for the past 25 years. Arnold was a lovely man who was always smiling when tending to his beautiful gardens which we had the pleasure of enjoying out our front window every day. He was so helpful when we needed anything ... helping me dig my car out of the snow when Roger was at work or helping us get our puppy, Roxy (with the help of his sweet lab Blondie) when she ran out our front door. He loved to chat and share stories with our parents whenever he saw them at our home and every Christmas we would make a tray of my grandmother's lasagna for him and Darryl to enjoy. Arnold was very special, and we will miss him very much. May he rest in peace.

"Libraries always remind me that there are good things in this world", by Lauren Ward. I had the distinct pleasure of being Arnold's librarian with The Colts Neck Library of the Monmouth County Library system for 8 years. When I think of Arnold he reminds me that there are good people in this world. He was a true gentleman, a great story teller and a true book lover. I will truly miss him. May you Rest In Peace.

For a number of years I had the privilege to work "helpline" with Arnold as Master Gardener volunteers at St. Mary's Parish, Colts Neck. He was so knowledgeable and personable, such a pleasure to be with. A number of years ago, he gave me a Japanese maple, which grows today in my yard. As I look at that beautiful tree, Arnold's presence will live on with fond memories.

I worked with Captain Arnold Kleeberg for a short period of time. He was my boss, Bureau Chief, at the NJ State Police Marine Services Bureau. in Trenton NJ. He was a great boss, an outstanding person. He was a pleasure to work for.
