Frank Musarra Obituary
AGE: 72 • Parlin
Frank J. Musarra, age 72, of Parlin, passed away Monday, June 23, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Manhattan, NY, he had resided in Parlin for the past 45 years. Frank was the owner and operator of Breads R Us in Parlin and was also the owner and operator of The Record Shop in Englishtown. He was a US Army Veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 434 in Manalapan.
He is predeceased by his parents Frank and Jennie. Surviving are his loving wife of 49 years, the former Mary Ann Traina, his children and their spouses Frank and Michelle of Parlin, Dina Musarra Heil of Parlin, Deborah Musarra Almedia and her husband Artie of South Amboy, Joanne Musarra-Pipitone and her husband Paul, his brothers Anthony, Joseph and John, his mother in law Florence Traina, 10 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be Friday 11am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin with an 11:30am mass at Our Lady of Victories RC Church in Sayreville. A private cremation will follow. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Thursday 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that blood donations be made to your local blood bank. Letters of condolence, directions and completed arrangements may be found at www.spezzifuneralhome.com

Frankie was like a grandfather to me. I have been buying records from him at Englishtown for the past 6 years and in that time we shared a great connection. He would always tell me how my money was "no good" and always give me holiday freebees when he didn't have to. He was a great man and will forever remain in my heart. I am devastated by the news of his passing.

I remember Frank when I delivered mail to him in Parlin, great guy, good for a laugh, and he always gave me bread and cakes from work...rest in peace Frank....my deepest sympathy to the Musarra family
