We are so sorry and shocked to hear of the tragic passing of Frank. He was too young to go, and our sincere condolences to his Mother, Timmy, Joe, John and Missy, as well as all who loved him, particularly his children, in their profound grief. He will be remembered by us as kind, friendly, funny and an all around good and decent man. Jack Scanlon, Elayne, Ryan & Kevin

Frank was fun-loving and the life of any party. He was genuine and caring. His jokes and funny skits would always result in fits of laughter. He was a character of the finest kind.
Rest in peace dear cousin. We will miss you for the rest of our lives.

My cousin , my friend . A man of sincere goodness . He lit up a room with his personality ! Though we lived 1500 miles apart , we shared a lot of time together and I considered him a close cousin . My kids even called him Uncle Frank . My sadness will last a lifetime until we embrace again in Heaven . My love and prayers for his family , Maureen his loving partner, and all who are mourning that God will comfort and give strength .
