Geoffrey Hammond

On June 14, 2017, Geoffrey Hammond passed away unexpectedly in his home in Blufton, SC at the age of 69. Born in Montclair, NJ and raised in New Monmouth, NJ, he attended and was part of the first graduating class of Mater Dei High School. The eldest of six children, he was an inspiration to everyone. In 1969, he was named the Top Air Force Cadet in the Nation. He graduated from the Citadel and continued on to become a Captain in the Air Force. He furthered his business career by becoming Vice President of AT&T. With a Masters from Stanford, with Mensa, he started CSI International in 1989. Survivors include his wife Jayne, his children Tara, David, and Todd and five grandchildren, as well as many cousins, and adoring nieces and nephews. He was the oldest brother to David, Patrick, Mary, Daniel, and Carol. He is predeceased by his loving mother, Rosemary. Geoff's services were held in Florida, where he resided for many years.
