Hermin Dragus Obituary
AGE: 73 • Perth Amboy
Hermin "Mina" Dragus, 73, of Perth Amboy, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy. Mrs. Dragus was born in Szatmar, Romania to the late Mihaly and Erzsebet Gegely Vizler and had lived the last forty years in Perth Amboy. She was a pharmacist in Romania and had various jobs in the U.S. before working for the Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish as a secretary for over thirty years retiring Jan. 1, 2016. Mina was a Lecter and member with the Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish - Our Lady of Hungary Church, Perth Amboy.
She was predeceased by her husband Laszlo in 2011 and a brother Mihaly Vizler. Mina is survived by her two sons, Michael Dragus of Perth Amboy, Laszlo Arpad Dragus of Perth Amboy, a niece, Krisztike Gindele and a great niece, Evelyn.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday 9:30 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Followed by a 10:00 am mass in the Our Lady of Hungary Church, Perth Amboy. Private cremation will follow in the Rosehill Crematory in Linden. Visitation hours will be held Monday from 2 - 6 pm.
