Janet Faleski, 56, of Sayreville, died on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge Division. Born in Elizabeth, N.J., Janet lived for many years in Cathey's Valley, California and returned to New Jersey moving to Edison where she lived before finally moving to Sayreville.

She was very active with 4-H while living in California and was a lover of the outdoors. Most of all, Janet loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with her family. Janet was pre-deceased by her father, Richard Nawrocki.

She is survived by her loving children; Kimberly Perkins, Laura Kearns, and John Faleski, Jr., her adored grandchildren, Heaven Kearns, Angelisa Kearns, Brett Kearns, Jr. and soon to be arriving Grace Jane Kearns, and Matthew Ryan Perkins, her mother, Frances Nawrocki, a sister, Linda Hopkins, three nieces, Jennifer, Kristine, and Lisa, one nephew, Brian, and a lifelong friend, "Jim."

Viewing hours will be held from 4-8PM Monday at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park. A funeral service will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home followed by interment at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick.
