AGE: 78 ? Readington Township
Joan E. Delia, 78, of Readington Township, NJ, died Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, NJ. She was born on December 3, 1932, in Newark, NJ the daughter of the late James and Isabel (Lilley) Ransworth and lived in Union, NJ before moving to Readington Township in 1970. Joan was a homemaker.
Her husband Anthony J. Delia predeceased her in 1988. Surviving are her son, Anthony J. Delia Jr. of Readington Township; two daughters, Joan Duk and her husband Gerrit of Whitney Point, NY and Marie Cunningham of Flemington, NJ; and one granddaughter, Lisa Delena.
Memorial services will be private under the direction of the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, #38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ. Contributions may be made in memory of Joan to the Hunterdon Medical Center Foundation, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822, or at www.hunterdonhealthcare.org.
