To Michael's Parents,
I remembered Michael growing up in the projects in Red Bank. I lost contact when you moved to Fair Haven. We reconnected when I ran into Michael at Livingston College. I was working there and Michael was a student. He told me back then that he wanted to get into acting. I am glad he was able to do that. I am sorry for your lost. My mother was Janet Schenck.

I only knew Maurice a short time as an actor in several plays I produced at the Strand Theater. He immediately struck me with his high intelligence, his gentleness, his talent, and generosity of spirit. I was deeply saddened to learn of his loss; we all need more men like Maurice in the world. My condolences to his family.
